Customize totals

Hi, i am using the premium templates and it is awesome, but my accounting advisor insists that my invoice would have a special format, because i am working with food products. Well the products fas several taxes and the subtotal & taxes have to be shown in a table like this for example https://prnt.sc/ukrdi1

I need the following

SUBTOTAL
ENVIO
TOTAL
BASE IMPONIBLE IVA
IVA 4% 18,88€ 0,76€
IVA 10% 27,95€ 2,79€
IVA 21% 2,48€ 0,52€
TOTAL 49.31€ 4.07€

I would appreciatte if anyone can tell me an idea in order to solve this
