Customize This Theme

Is it legal to change or customize this theme? (ex: change or add additional CSS & JS, remove unwanted parts/edit/change theme function [PHP] at theme editor, etc). I use this theme for my website, did some changes in localhost, and I want to set it online. This is just for individual purpose. I don’t have any plan to use it for other business purposes.
