Customize theme = 500 Internal Server Error

  • Hello!
    I get a “500 Internal Server Error” when trying to customize Melos theme (free version) in the ‘Appearence’ area. I also get the same error accessing ‘header’ or ‘background’.
    For the rest is ok.

    Please any hint where the problem should be?
    (WordPress v4.5.2; PHP 5.6; MySQL 5.6.30)
