Customize the html popup (tooltips) ?

Thank you for this very usefull plug-in.
I would like to customize the html popup (tooltips). Basically, I would like to have a tooltip hover with a white box and an image, like on this page : https://www.aise.eu/about-aise/members-list.aspx
Is it possible to do that and how ?
