customize the display data

Hi,
Just wanted to know if anybody know how to customize the display data. e.g
i have a form which capture first name, surname etc…and two text fields which is call Andrew and Emma. I want to display the data from this form onto two different pages, one page showing showing First name, Surname etc.. and “Andrew text field”, the other page show First name, Surname etc.. and “Emma text field” only, is this possible?https://wp.architecture.com.au/making/wp-content/uploads/sites/29/2014/04/form3.jpg
