Customize Text in Header for Twenty Seventeen

Hi,
I am trying to apply Easy Textillate animation to site.title and site.description in my twenty-seventeen template.

I understand I shall aplly the PHP encoding for the shortcode; I would assume this shall go into header.php ? IF so, am kind of clueless as to where exactly to insert it.

Also, how that would “communicate” with the existing entries for showing site.title and site.description in regulas shape ( irrespective of the invading pluggin code)
