Customize Text by Sections

    I have been looking at how my page where designed in version 8.X using Shortcodes to see how I could get same result with version 9.X. Here is my conclusion. I could reproduce almost same result if you were to implemented these 2 features:

    1) Option to set Open Navigation Bar Item
    – for Customer (Choice: List of ticket OR Create new ticket)
    – for Agent/Supervisor/Admin (Choice: List of ticket OR Create new ticket)

    2) Setting to add Customize Text between Navigation Bar and different Sections
    – Text above Create New Ticket
    – Text above List of Ticket (above Search)
    – Text above Ticket Detail
    There should be 2 sets of text : one for Customer, one for Agent/Supervisor/Admin
    It would be good if Shortcodes from other plugins could be used in these texts.

    With these 2 features implemented, I could personnaly do without the Shortcodes.

    Sorry for the delay as we ware busy in new release.
    I have good news for you is that shortcode is back in new version 9.0.2. Please update it so that it will automatically add-shortcode in support page you chosen in settings. This will work for theme integration. You can edit support page to control the output.
