• Hi, according to your documentation, when i selectr “color swatches” in my filter, it should display settings for Customize terms. Unfortunately, nothing happens when i select colors swatches. I have rebuilt the product lookup table as well but that did not fix the issue. Thank-you.

    Hi there,

with the color swatches option, you should be able to configure these options.

    Hi there,

can you confirm that you have the auto-populate option activated?

The auto-populate is made so that no manual configuration has to be done and it takes the color options from the term configuration, and if you want to customize them, you must add all the terms (one by one or with the add all button) and it will come out the option to customize them.

    We hope it helps you.

    Have a nice day!

Ok unchecking “auto-populate” worked. If we want to auto-populate, where do we set the color for each term?

    Hi there,

You will have to configure it in the term configuration from WooCommerce, there are several plugins that allow to set a color for a term, for example our free version of the plugin YITH WooCommerce Color and Labels Variation to set a color for attribute terms.

    Have a great day.
