Customize Template mail
-
Hello! I would like to know if in the pro version the email template sent to the client can be customized.
Thank you!

Hi Laserstore,
Thanks for your question. The Pro version allows you to integrate with MailChimp and send automated abandoned cart recovery emails.
And there you can easily create your template design. Here is a guide on how to send automated abandoned cart recovery emails using our product.
Hope that helps.Best
I buyed the pro version and i installed in my shop. But it′s necessary to remove a free version? Is it possible to take advantage of emails that have already been captured by the free version?
Thanks!
Hi @laserstore,
Thank you, we really appreciate that.
Unfortunately you must disable the Free version to use the Pro since they both use the same base and together they would cause issues.
And it is not possible to send emails via MailChimp to old abandoned cart users since the Free version does not store the data that is required for Pro version with MailChimp integration.Kind regards
Hey @prowebdesign
Thank you so much! I’m having trouble connecting the mailchimp plugin with my account. I already put the api key but it does not connect. Without it I can not do the integration.=(
Could you try to make a new list in the mailchimp and try to connect it to it?
And does it show “Activated” at the end of “MailChimp Api key” input field?-

Sure! I got it! I just did not understand why I synchronized several e-mail with the list. Should not go only the new emails?
Glad to hear that it worked ??
Now if your Abandoned cart list is empty, you should not see any emails synced to Mailchimp, but if you previously did some tests with the Pro version then they will all be synced to MailChimp as well unless the abandoned cart is older than 30 days.
In fact mailchimp imported the mailing list of part (if not all) of my clients! I do not think that should have happened! At this time I only have 1 email registered as abandoned cart in plugin. Should I turn them all off?
Hey @prowebdesign ! Thank tou for your good support! I got it! I created the template, the list, i connected the account and it′s ok. But I still have a problem. Email addresses are not being synchronized with the list that I selected in the plugin’s settings. At this point I have two e-mails for carts, but in the mailchimp list there are zero contacts. I’m sorry for so many questions, because I look like an idiot. But now there is little left!Hey @laserstore,
I would suggest to register a new Test abandoned cart and see if it syncs to MailChimp.
When the emails will be synced to MailChimp: Emails will be synced to MailChimp in 1 hour after the abandoned cart will be registered. So you should wait for this period and then see if the Test email has been synced to MailChimp
You can sync each abandoned cart to MailChimp only once – that means that you previously synced some abandoned carts to a MailChimp list then you will not be able to sync them later to another list if you change it – that is done to prevent sending abandoned cart reminders to one user multiple times.
Unfortunately no email is synching with the list. Since yesterday I have 4 abandoned carts without synchronizing. I checked everything and I can not find the problem. Do you think I should reinstall the plugin? Would it be possible for you to access my dashboard to verify?
Thank you very much!Hi @laserstore,
I doubt that reinstalling the plugin will be the issue here. It might be some setting related issue, Could you please email me access to the dashboard, I will take a look at it.
Also could you please look into the database and send me a screenshot of your “wclcfc_captured_wc_fields_pro” and “wclcfc_captured_wc_fields_pro_products” tables? Please send these also to my email since it will have a lot of valuable info to get this solved.
Kind thanks
Hey @streamlinestar i sended for you in your e-mail (info@str*****) all informations. If you elaborate on any other information, let me know!
Thanks, received that and will look into that.
