Customize [submit_job_form] shortcode?

    If you visit my Post a Job page and you are logged in it works fine. But if you are not logged in, it prompts you to create an account. It does not have an option to log in like it does on this page). How do I add the Log In option to the Post A Job page for users who are not logged in?

    FYI, this page is using this shortcode: [submit_job_form]
    and this page is using this shortcode: [woocommerce_my_account]
