    Hi,

    I am receiving payments from Stripe but the payment description that comes through is numbers and letters. My Accounting Department is asking that the “Payment Description” indicates that it is coming from our website instead of what is currently being shown.

    Is there a way to customize this description?

    I would also like to know the answer tho (and I assume others might, too). I too have bought the plugin. Should I set up a ticket in Events Tickets Plus premium support site?

    About the question, @objectman, the description is generated by Stripe, the Payment Intent ID.

    I am not sure you can change it (or the prefix), but here’s a link to a google search for possibly more information.
