Customize slideout-navigation

hi & thanks for this great theme!

I would like to customize the way the navigation slides out on hovering/clicking.

can you give us details on where changes need to be made to:

• speed up the transitioning/slide-duration
• remove the sliding function entirely so as to always show all available navigation items and their children
