Customize shop page WooCommerce

I want to be able to customize my shop page on WooCommerce (using Mr. Tailor theme) to load a string (for example, boots) and then 10 products followed by another string – and then 10 products. Basically resulting in something like:

-Boots-
[1][2][3][4][5]
[6][7][8][9][10]
-Pants-
[1][2][3][4][5]
[6][7][8][9][10]

Where the [] represent a product each. How can I achieve this?
