Customize settings

I’d like to see a couple of things:
- How to remove the “Continue: Page2_title” link before the table of contents and the “Back to: Introduction” link on the last page?
- Now all of my pages in the table of contents are links, even the current page I’m reading. I’d like to current page to show up in the list, but not as a link.
- Would it be possible to change the “Page X” to “Part X” or some other custom text?
Many thanks for the plugin! I’d be happy to see these functions added (even to your possible Pro version).
