Customize Registration Button Event

Hi All, I am hoping to find out if it is possible to customize what happens when the UM registration button is pressed. I would like, based on a required field radio button I’ve added to my user registration form, to register the user but then based on the radio button input route the registration to another page to get some additional info (e.g., depending on input, either just register the user or register them and then get more info on an additional registration page). My guess is there are various ways to solve this that don’t require the solution I’m asking about here, but hoping someone can respond.
