Customize Post Meta Data/Share Options

    I was wondering if there is a way to either remove the ‘categories, tags, comments’ from the post list view and just leave the jetpack share options? On my list view it makes the box per post taller than I would like (I would like the bottom of the box to be almost in line with the thumbnail and excerpt).

    Also, on the post page, can I remove the same meta data (or move to bottom of post) and maybe move the share options right under the author name? When it is on the right side, it makes my post text column less wide.

    Hi
    I will not be able to help you with this because these changes are rather big.
    But, I can tell you that the placement of the jetpack sharing button
    is in the function aaron_entry_footer() in the inc/template-tags.php file.

    You can move this code to move the share, but it will affect all posts and pages.

    echo sharing_display();

    This is assuming that you are using jetpack share- I’ve not tried it with any other share plugin.
