Customize permalinks for WP pages?

Hi,

My wordpress pages all use the https://www.mydomain.com/page-slug format. How do I customize this (I need them to be page-slug.html). It seems to work for posts, but I can’t figure out how to customize page permalinks?

Any ideas?
