Customize Password Protected Text of A Specific Page

Hi,

I have more than one password protected pages. In all of them, I get the default text that says:

This post is password protected. To view it please enter your password below:
This post is password protected. Enter the password to view comments.

I want to add a clickable image right below these texts. But I only want to do it for a specific protected page/post. I don’t want other password protected pages to get affected.

If I edit the the code in the functions.php file, it will update the text for all password protected pages right?

Is there any way I can do this? I am using Dynamik Catalyst theme.
