Customize panel and Widgets won’t load.

  • Hello, I cannot access my widgets page. The Appearence > Widgets page and the Appearence > Customize page in the backend as well. I activated a twenty* theme to check and all the SAME problems. I cannot edit with the customize panel and I can’t change/add any widgets. And I am sure you know but this means I cannot view a Live Preview of ANY theme, it simply will not load. I tried everything besides re-installing WordPress which is a last resort. There has to be a issue, please let me know as soon as possible and I really appreciate the support. Thanks.

    Hello Tim,

    Did this problem happened after installing a certain plugin or maybe you added a code the resulted in this issue. I once faced a problem in my widgets page and it was because of a conflict with another plugin.
    Try to disable any plugins installed one by one and see if that fix the problem.
