Customize page not loading

    Hi

    My customise page is stuck on loading and i cannot get out of this problem. Please help urgently, i paid money for your pro theme and you are ignoring my message in your other thread……help urgently please.

    I followed your instructions to update the plugin and also updated the theme and all other plugins too incase. But still the same problem.
