Customize page doesn’t work

Hi,
i have a problem with my website, when i try to acces to the personalization page of my template Hueman the result is a blank page.
i tried to disable all plugins and i’ve cleared all cookies and system cache but nothing is changed.
i also tried to do that with many different internert browsers

do you have some suggestions?
