• When you go to the documentation is shows customization options that are not available in the free version. You can’t even change the Hero/slider images on the home page. Worthless.

Hey Jadzia, did you set the Front Page Template for your front page? If you doing that then all customizer options will display because these options are available for front page.

If you still need help let’s send an email to customercare(at)famethemes.com, we will help.

    Kind Regards.

Yes, I set the Home page template to Front Page Template rather than default and none of the options shown in the documentation show up when I click Customize. I don’t have any other plugins installed, except Maintenance Mode, which I deactivated and still not getting the Customize options.

Never hear that issue before, can you please take a minutes to send me an email to contact(at)famethemes. Would like to take a closer look.

    Hi,
I have Onepress Plus theme and the option to edit the slider is not showing up anywhere. It was on the free version I set up as a test on another site but it’s nowhere to be found on my Plus version. I’ve searched this forum for an answer to no avail and I was under the impression the slider could be accessed from Customize?

If you can tell me the name of the file I could edit it but I would really like to get the option in Customize if that is the correct place.

My home page is set to Front Page Template. All the other features are working fine.

Thank you for any assistance you can give me.
