Customize Options Missing

  • I can’t add custom CSS; that option, along with others, is missing. All I get under Appearance > Customize is Widgets, which doesn’t let me actually customize the widgets, and Donate to Developer. There is no theme update for this, far as I can find, if it’s an incompatibility with the new WP. Any ideas what’s up with this?
