Customize not working?

    Anybody have an idea why apperance->customize doens’t work on my site? I haven’t done much yet but when i go to apperance->customize->header->general setting first it’s close to impossible to scroll up and down. Also if I try to click the 3 dashes behind “search field” nothing happens. I guess some settings should appear when you click there.
    I have istalled the extras plugin and Elementor. I have also tried to inactivate everything else. Using chrome and have everything up to date (also PHP). Any ideas?

    OK the 3 daches only seem to be there for draging the order upwards or downwards. But the scrolling issue persists. Live with it…
