I tried that, but it didn’t seem to work. Also, the instructions say to put it in the language folder of the plugin, but won’t that mean it’s just going to be overwritten every time there’s a plugin update?

Regarding the translation, it works:

Use the loco translate, and put your translation files to the path below:
~root/wp-content/languages/plugins/ {{ HERE }}

Where do I find the screen from your last screenshot (https://i.postimg.cc/NfkDyDHj/image.png)? I can’t seem to find a screen like that.

This is the LocoTranslate settings page for the plugin, to find it, head over to WP Dashboard > Loco Translate > Languages > Your Language > Your Plugin Edit Page > Relocate Tab.
