customize menu

    i use a template how support the menu (secondary & primary)

    i want use method or plugin to customize menu like the secondary navigation relate the category how chosen in primary navigation
    example:
    gamespot.com have two nav. menu when you choose (for exp. pc) the secondary nav. menu is filter to pc content article or new release or …

    in wordpress the two nav. menu is separate each other

    can u help me to secondary will be child of primary nav. menu?
