Please go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, and add the following CSS codes.

.ur-frontend-form.login {
    padding-bottom: 80px;
    position: relative;
}

.user-registration-form-login input.user-registration-Button.button {
    position: absolute;
    width: 93%;
    bottom: 18px;
    z-index: 999999;
}
