Customize individual blog post page

  • I was wanting to remove the featured image on the post page.

    I was looking under Appearance>Customize I saw nothing to customize the post page. Did I miss it?

    I don’t really want an image that takes up all the space above the fold. Which means people have to scroll down for the post. Yet I do want the feature image because of sharing to social media.

    Is there to remove the image from the top of the page and not lose the social posting of that image? Here is a link https://www.findvendorbooths.com/branding-at-events/

  • I left off the featured image and just put it in the post itself. But you’re saying that if you do that, there’s no image when sharing to social media? I haven’t tried that.

    Actually, I haven’t tested it out in this theme. In my other website theme that is the case.

    I do not have share buttons up yet on this new website. I use Buffer and it does pull images from the post, not feature image.
