customize text size of forum description

Hello

May i know how to :

a) customize text size in forum description? (board description, not a category description). The current text size seems a bit small. so need to increase the size a little bit.

b) change the text color of ‘Topics and Posts’? (that sitting under the board description). It is currently use default orange color, so it’s not matching current forum’s grey theme. I would like to customize it to a different color.
