Customize Calendar Start Date & Not Use Form

Is it possible in the Pro Version to have the calendar start on a certain month and year? For instance, I would like my calendar to start on May of 2016.

Is it possible to only show certain months of the year? For instance, I only want to have May through October shown as those are the only months the venue is available.

And finally, is it possible to not have a form? I just want to show the availability of my venue, I dont want to have a form with the calendar.
