Customize archive product item

Hello,

I’d like to add a custom taxonomy on my archive products entries. Is it possible to add code in my functions.php so the taxonomy appears in the customizer (Archive > Products > Elements positioning)?

I’ve already done this with the products ordering so I was wondering if the same thing could be done here.
