Customize Appearance doesn't work

  • When I click Appearance then Customize in WordPress, I see a menu along the left side of the screen, which is non-responsive when I click on it, and a large blank gray space along the right side.

    I tried to insert “define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );” into wp-config.php, which was advised on some posts, but that did not help.

    Any advice? Thanks!

  • It seems issue with your WordPress installation ……. or with some wordpress theme files ……. Try checking with some other theme…. Or try updating your site’s theme if any updates are available and retry again ………
