Customize and Edit Share Buttons Don't Work

Any time I try to press the customize or edit share buttons the window pops up and nothing happens. I then try to submit a bug and when it tries to take a screenshot it just hangs up and stops and I have to refresh the browser. This is in the latest version of Chrome on a late 2013 Mac Pro 6 core in WP 3.9.1 with cookies and JS enables. Would like to use this app but I can’t until I can start to customize some things.
