Customizations lost when moving to new domain

Trying to move WP with Make from my dev machine to final destination. But it ends up with all the Make-related customizations at their defaults. Pages and WP settings carry over fine.

I’m doing this by copying all the files, running string replace on database to change links to point new domain and finally fixing .htaccess. Has been working for me so far.

Is this normal behaviour for Make or am I missing something? I’m considering purchasing Make Plus, does that have more robust migration features?
