• For 2-3 days now I am unable to use customizer for editing my site. I’m not sure what to do. Once in a while if I go through Dashboard and click customize on the front page (https://launchlab.ai/) it works, but it never works for the page I need to customize (https://launchlab.ai/hackathon/) and just keeps spinning with “Please wait this might take a while”. As far as I know I haven’t made any changes to the site that could have caused any issues.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I’m in the same situation as you. I’m going to have to entirely rebuild the site with a different theme – and I paid for Mesmerize Pro!

    Hello,

Are you using the latest versions of the theme and plugin ?

Please, go to WP Admin -> Updates -> Dashboard -> Check Again and see if you have the latest versions installed.

    Please, see : https://www.screencast.com/t/et2y6ZEDa1hF

I am having the same issue on Mesmerize Pro (Mesmerize free customizer works but other functionality like editing text on the Hero is not working).

I have WP, all themes and plugins up to date.

I have tried enabling Mesmerize Pro on a new site with no plugins and no content and it is still not working. Just get the “this might take a while” spinning ball when trying to use the customizer.

    Thanks

I have the same issue but if I disable my cache plug in it works ok. I notice that there is now a warning that pops up telling you to disable your cashe plug in but you need to of already done this in order to see the warning as its on the customiser page when it is fully loaded

I’m running Version 1.6.120 of Mesmerise Companion and Version: 1.6.137 for the Mesmerise Pro theme. Same spinning “Please wait, this might take a little while” message and nothing happens. I can’t edit my site.

I was having similar issues but I fixed the problem by disabling all caching and Javascript minifying etc. Then after updating if you want you can re-enable the
    caching etc
