    Hi,

    I’m currently testing the demo version to see if this plugin offers what I need.
    But I’m having some questions with the way products get in an order.

    – Let’s say I add a product with some custom text. It get’s in the cart, but it doesn’t specify which font and size is chosen. Or any other text specific properties. Just the preview of it.
    – Also if an image is uploaded, you only get the preview image in the order, not the original file uploaded by the user.

    Is that possible to get these specifications in the order? Or am I missing something

    1-You can get the details of each element in the design (font size, dimensions etc..) in the pro version of the plugin.
    2-In the pro version, you’ll have the original url of the uploaded image.

    Thanks you for the quick update on that matter.
    Does the pro version also support translation to NL? Or is there a way to translate the interface of the plugins frontend?

    Yes you can edit the nl translation file using any translation plugin such as locotranslate, poedit…

    Hi,

    I requested admin demo and took a look.
    Placed an order but still can’t seem to figure out where the font specs and uploaded files are for an order?

    In the order details page. You need to enable the feature in the plugin output settings https://prntscr.com/aem5sw first. I just enabled it by default.
