Customization page not loading

  • Hi everyone, I just switched to a new theme and now it won’t let me customize it. It worked fine a few minutes ago on the other theme and the internet is fine, so I don’t know what else could be wrong. When I click customize it just has the loading page for ages and never loads anything. Seeing as it worked fine on the other theme just a minute before I’m thinking it’s something to do with this one.

    Has anyone ever had similar problems?

  • Have you used a premium theme that has been downloaded from somewhere…..If yes,the theme must be licensed in order to customize…!!
    I’m also using a premium theme Genesis and I got the same problem.But I doesn’t actually require the customize option.

    Nope, I’m hosting myself and downloaded it straight from the themes section on my wordpress dashboard.

    I can view it fine, but as soon as I go to customize it it won’t let me.
