Customization Options Not Visiable

I’m trying to customize the event calendar to match my client’s brand, but when I follow the directions found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/important-settings-for-the-events-calendar-events-calendar-pro/ , I only see “General” and “Single Event” in the list of options.
