Customization options not showing up

    HI Joe,

    Great plugin! Exactly what I needed.

    I am displaying You Ebay Listings using the following shortcode:
    [auction-nudge tool=”listings”]

    When generating the listing snippet, I customize it so that it is

    • Responsive
    • 9 items showing
    • With multiple pages
    • Order showing latest
    • Open in new tab
    • img size: 95px
    • filter by keyword: wedding ring:engagement ring.

    It shows up properly in the preview, however, when I go to paste the snippet in the settings, the final version shows up with 6 items, 80px size thumbnail and it does not correctly filter the keywords.

    I’ve updated multiple times. Not sure what is going on. Any ideas on what I can try?

    Hi gijigogo,

    Thanks for reaching out. If you are using the WordPress plugin, then there is no need to go to the Auction Nudge website to generate your code snippet. You can specify your options in the “Auction Nudge” options box which appears on the Edit page under the content editor. Once this is done, and you have the shortcode in place then the correct settings should be loaded.

    An older version of the plugin used to require pasting of the code snippet, which I kept for legacy reasons. I understand that this can cause some confusion.
