Customization not working at all and buddypress members directory integration

Hi, I really like this plugin but I find an issue and I have one question:

The issue: I activate the customization (“Power user settings”) but I still see the info bubble. I’m doing something wrong? How can I deactivate the bubble? https://i.gyazo.com/6615694b9e81200f80a0b361eb363371.png
