Customization Not Updated

  • Hello

    I’m working on botiga page and try to update and customization. I just changed the theme of the page to Botiga. Unfortunately, when I click on the customizer I only can change the widgets and no header, footer or menu content. Do you have an idea why that’s not possible? Is it because there was another theme in use?

    If your Boriga customizer looks like this, I can confirm that you aren’t getting any issue with Botiga.

    Perhaps you’re getting plugin conflict when other options aren’t appearing. If that the case, please try disabling all plugins one by one and run your test in each to rule-out plugin specific issue.
