Customization is aweful

  • It has all the features I need, but customization is a nightmare. I have the pro version + paid template module + paid Paypal gateway and still the support just send me links to read, but no real help at all.
    They say it integrates with any theme and supports Elementor, and how easy it is to create custom layouts. But not.
    I have been doing WP over 10 years, it is a nightmare to custom fit to a site.

    They should ask people to create tutorial videos at least because their own videos are not much help at all.

    I did review your last support conversation and it looks like you had an issue that could have been resolved quickly with a setting, but for the CSS issues you were running into, a conflict test was necessary. Were you able to complete that?
