• Hello everyone,

After installing Jetpack and the Woocommerce Payment gateway it’s not possible anymore to get into the Proteo Theme customization page at all. Disabling Woo Payments makes it possible to open the customization page again, but may give errors publishing (try again in a few seconds). Trying again doesn’t change anything.

Installing the PayPal payment gateway even resulted in a e-mail message from WP with errors about this installation. It also disable the customizations page. Just as Mollie (another payment gateway) does.

Upgrading the php version to v8.0 didn’t help. The WP memory is set to 264MB.

Does anyone know what goes wrong and how to fix this?

    Thanks in advance!

    Cheers,
    Remco

    Hi there,
it should be fixed now thanks to a paypal update.
    Can you confirm it?

    Hi,

Sorry for the late reaction. I can’t confirm it. I changed themes due to this problem.
I had this with different payment gateways: not only PayPal. So I guess an update from PayPal might not have done the trick, but I am not sure.

    Thanks for the reply though.
