    Hi Bryan,

    We’re currently working on the ability to customize the button text, chat pop-up text, offline email form, etc. along with multi-language support in the very near future. Not far behind, we will be adding the ability to modify the colors of the chat button and pop-up.

    I wanted to inform you we’ve launched our customization add-on mentioned above. Essentially the ability to customize multiple aspects of the chat buttons and forms, along with support for any language customization.
