    Hi there,

    Just setup this plugin and excited to see how it works.

    I setup the “Review Reminder” and “Review for Discount” e-mails, but the format of the e-mails is inconsistent with all other e-mails (order, shipping, abandoned cart). Is there anyway to easily customize the look and appearance?

    Furthermore, the page that you actually submit the reviews on is showing an interface that also feels inconsistent with the site. For eg., can we customize the smiley faces to be stars like we have on our site? Also when testing, I noticed that the page shows mock products –?can we populate this with our site’s actual items to better visualize look and feel?

    Lastly, I’m just curious to know more about how the actual reviews work. Does a review via this plugin (and the page it creates to collect these) translate into a direct review on the individual product pages (e.g. 1 – 5 stars, plus a remark if the customer decides to leave one)?

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    1. The Review Reminder and Review for Discount emails are our plugin templates. If you select the option Verified Reviews: “No Verification” in the plugin settings Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab, you can go to Reviews > Settings > Emails tab to change the email content.
    If you want to customize the template more, please change the option Verified Reviews: “Independently Verified” and follow this solution to set up the advanced template https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000566143-how-to-set-up-basic-and-advanced-email-templates

    2. To change the smiley faces to stars, please go to Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab > Rating bar: Stars.
    You can also create an order on your site and send the review reminder to see the actual products on the review form.

    3. Yes, the reviews submitted via the review form will be posted on your site and displayed in the reviews section on the product page.

    We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
