Customizable theme with a slider

  • Dear WordPress friends,

    I built a website for a humanitarian charity (www.mekongembrace.ngo) and I would like to move it to the wordpress platform, in order to build a more responsive and functional website.
    I also think of building more similar websites for NGOs.
    I am looking for a good customizable theme, with a Slider in the landing page (which will keep a similar look to our current website).
    I know of a few solutions, such as: BeaverBuilder and MAKE theme builder and Thrive Theme builder. Perhaps you know of other options?
    Can anyone recommend which method to use?
