Customizable "Like" button for posts?

Hi All,

I’ve got a site that profiles different companies on its posts. I would like a function that allows visitors to “like” profiles (posts) if they feel so inclined. Is there a plugin that gives a button for this? I’ve actually spent a bit of time searching for this but all I keep coming up with is facebook and google+ stuff.
