Radio buttons do not display selected state

I tested your form on my lab site and it works well in all browsers I have tested. I have also visited your page in multiple browsers and radio buttons works well. Are you still facing this issue on your side?

Hi Kris, it is working now, it must have been a plugin conflict, I deleted a few unnecessary plugins but had not tested it after that, Thank you so much for your kind and excellent help!
