  • I’ve since purchased Elementor Pro and this add-on worked a treat at allowing me to insert 3rd party share and like shortcodes into the post loop.

    Unlike attempts with other plugins, the share and like buttons recognised the post element they were allocated to, as opposed to the just sharing or liking the page that displayed the feed of posts.

    It’s worth noting that the Share options built into Elementor didn’t work they way I intended, but the Add To Any Share buttons worked great via a shortcode.

    I’ve just realised that I can’t mark this as resolved, because I posted it from my company account, which has since been closed down. I hadn’t realised duplicate accounts weren’t allowed.
