Customising the Comment Form OceanWP and Elementor

Hi. I’m using OceanWP and Elementor. I want to change the default comment form that appears with the theme (but I guess I can’t use the Elementor widget instead?).

My comment form doesn’t show the typical ‘Your email address will not be published’ line, so I added it to the comments.php where previously Comment_text_before was set to ‘False’. I just overwrote ‘False’ with the line above.

Is that ok? It shows up, but now I don’t know how to style it.
I also want to remove the Website field (url) but nothing I have found and tried works…
